HSBC Finance Pipeline — Personal Use Application

Nature of this application

This is a personal, non-commercial application built and operated by a single private individual. It connects to HSBC UK via Enable Banking’s Open Banking infrastructure to retrieve the account holder’s own financial data for personal analysis and reporting.

This application is not a product or service offered to the public. It has no other users.

Scope of use

This application is used solely to:

Access to bank data requires the account holder’s explicit consent, granted through HSBC’s Strong Customer Authentication process via the Enable Banking authorisation flow. Consent can be revoked at any time through Enable Banking’s consent management interface or through HSBC’s online banking settings.

Data handling

All data retrieved through this application is stored locally on the account holder’s personal device. No data is transmitted to, stored on, or shared with any external service, server, or third party beyond the initial retrieval through Enable Banking’s pass-through API.

Limitation of liability

This application is provided as-is for personal use. It is not a financial product, does not provide financial advice, and should not be relied upon as the sole source of financial information. The account holder should verify all data against official bank statements.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. As the sole user is also the operator, no notification mechanism is required.
